How we are keeping our property clean and hygienic during in regard to Covid-19:
- Asking everyone to sanitise before entering reception
- We only require one person for check in
- Providing contactless check in upon request
- Keeping a distance of 1.5 metres- we have marked our reception and bar floors accordingly
- We have added a screen guard to the reception desk to protect staff and guests
- Public areas are being sanitised regularly
- We have provided sanitiser in all our guest rooms, as well as public areas
- All staff are required to sanitise frequently and have been provided with a new vigorous cleaning checklist abiding by the latest government and industry guidelines
- All staff are completing online Covid-19 training courses via the Typsy hospitality training platform
- All light switches, door handles and surfaces are being constantly disinfected
- Staff are forbidden to work if showing any signs of illness
- Providing in room meal alternatives for those who don’t want to go out
